Lecturer at the Villa Arson, Nice, France
Associate researcher at the AOEE & CTELA laboratories, Université Côte d'Azur

The correlation between Arts and Sciences is fully integrated in Caroline Bouissou's practice, where plastic approach and theoretical research are inseparable. After obtaining a Master's degree in Arts with honours at the Villa Arson in Nice (FR), where she was taught by Eric Duyckaerts, she obtained the Agrégation in Arts, which enabled her to complete her plastic approach with a pedagogical culture by linking creation and transmission.

Of Franco-Spanish culture, Caroline lives between France and Spain where she is developing a project linked to the tangible and intangible heritage of her village, mixing ethnology, learning mountain techniques and creation. It is a long work that she is developing and that involves the community through artistic, ethnological and sometimes political actions (heritage classification procedures) testing the strength of art and commitment in an ode to the environment.

She has participated in numerous exhibitions in France, Japan, the United States and Europe.
